Better Airsoft Pellets

Sometimes one of the biggest reasons for not experiencing a lot of success in an airsoft game is simply because of the ammunition of you are using.  When you utilize inferior pellets, then they do not come out as accurately as something that is of a higher quality.  Therefore a really easy way to vastly improve your performance is to pay for a better pellet.

There are many ways to distinguish the quality of an airsoft pellet.  One of the simplest methods is the weight.  Usually a BB that weighs a little bit more is also going to be more accurate, but you do not want to get something too heavy.  It depends on the type of gun you are using.  For example, an AEG would probably function best with .20g to .25g pellets, but a cheap spring pistol might break under the force of such a thing, and would do better with .12g.

Pellets can also be made with better materials, and there are even versions out there which are biodegradable.  I will write an article in the future that goes more into the benefits of biodegradable pellets, as not only are they more accurate, but they are better for the environment as well.
