Purchasing a barrel extension is a great way to upgrade your airsoft gun and make it both more accurate and powerful.  This is because the extension increases the distance that the pellets travel before leaving the barrel, and this allows the trajectory to become more precise.  You do not want to get a barrel that is too long, but most of the ones that are available for purchase are a reasonable size. Sometimes it is not enough to simply wield a powerful airsoft pistol.  You also have to look great doing it, and what better way to achieve that than through 24K solid-gold plating?  This is what you get with the new Socom Gear M1911, which of course features the aforementioned gold on it.  There is more than that though, as you also get to experience the joys of having a product with a unique serial number and inherently stellar design.

They say that meteors have nothing to do with airsoft… and I completely agree.  But nonetheless, the annual Perseid Meteor Shower on the night of August 12 is an important part of my life, and it should be of yours as well.  Sure, I’ve missed it the last four years because of unfortunate occurrences, but the time I did see them, it was incredible.  So every year I try and try, and fail… and try again.  Never give up!

Undergoing training designed especially for airsoft is one of the best ways to improve your skills.  Basically you need two things to be a good airsoft player: Dexterity and endurance.  With the former you can maneuver quickly and stay out of the line of fire of opponents, and endurance allows you to keep that up while efficiently returning fire.

This is easier said than done.  Even when moving quickly around for just a minute, one can become tired.  You really do need to train if you want to overcome this obstacle, as doing so will give you a significant advantage in battle.

Have you ever wanted to hone your airsoft marksmanship by shooting at a target? How about taking things to the next level and jumping to a moving target.  To simulate what you would experience in a real airsoft game, where people unfortunately do not stand in one place and assume the shape of a perfect circle, we have a new Echo1 Moving Target.  While it is not completely realistic, like what you could gain from the use of an advanced holographic 3D imaging system, it should be enough to help you become a better shooter.

We are going to be officially launching a new website soon that is focused exclusively on outdoor gear, including gloves, pants, jackets, military and law enforcement accessories, and other things of the like.  We used to have some of that stuff on here, but since there is just so much of it, we figured it would be great to dedicate an entire website to this merchandise.  I guarantee you will be satisfied with the selection on this new business!

We have recently broken a personal record by getting 1,000 hits a day.  It is not consistent yet, but it will be soon, and then things will be really great around here.  That’s 30,000 unique hits a month, and to a mundane, lifeless webmaster like me, that’s the equivalent of seeing your child born before your eyes.
